Comprehensive Marine Harvest Study

Project Details

Trailmark is conducting a large marine baseline study of Tsawout First Nation’s current and traditional use; and accumulative traditional ecological knowledge of their marine territory (hunting, fishing, gathering). The project involves quantitative and qualitative research, training of local researchers, integration of TEK with biophysical assessment, and extensive communications.
